Unbound Mastery
The Program
Exactly what it is, who it’s for, and how it works.
No surprises, no reveal. This is exactly what the program is and how it works, laid out in full. Read it, and if it’s what you’ve been looking for, book a call — that’s where we decide together whether this program is the right fit for you.
What It Is
Unbound Mastery is a personal, one-on-one program for high performers — founders, executives, doctors, attorneys — who have one habit quietly capping their ceiling and are done tolerating it.
But the habit was never the point. The habit is the door. What we build is you: your state, your presence, your purpose, how you show up for the people you love. We break the habit in the first week, and then we spend the rest of our time together building a life so full that the old habit has nowhere left to live.
We don’t fixate on the habit. We get you so clear on who you are and who you’re doing this for that the habit stops fitting the person you’re becoming.
Who It’s For
- You’ve built something real — and you’re ready to take full control and show up for your business, your family, and the world at your highest potential.
- You’ve decided — breaking this habit must become a non-negotiable. The reward is far greater than the pain you’ll go through fighting the urges to break it.
- You want to be the example — for your kids, your partner, the people who look to you.
- You’re done being easy on yourself — and want someone who won’t be either.
What kind of person are you?
It is not for anyone in crisis, anyone who needs medical or psychiatric care, or anyone whose habit has ever made them physically unwell when stopping. That needs a doctor first, and I’ll say the same on the call.
How It Works
The Call — The Decision
We talk, and we decide together whether we’re a fit. If we are, we start that day. You tell me who you’re doing this for, and you pick the day the habit ends — a day this week. From here, everything we decide together is a non-negotiable.
The Questionnaire & Welcome Package — The First Week
You receive your welcome package and complete a questionnaire so I understand you and the people you love — not your habit, you. I’m texting you daily, before the old hour, not after. By the end of the week, the habit is behind you.
The Follow-Up Call — Your Plan
We sit down and build your personalized action plan together: specific pattern breaking, intention setting, regulating your emotions, your drive and purpose and motivation, what replaces the habit, and the best practices to hold it all. Decided together, not handed to you — around someone who’s already stopped.
Your System
Within days you have System No. 1 in your hands: your why, who you’re becoming, who you’re doing this for, your practices, your plan. Then we diagnose, refine, redesign, and evolve it as you grow — numbered, dated, yours.
Understanding the Habit
We start reviewing the real research in your first weeks — what the habit does to the brain, the heart, the nervous system, sleep, mood, the body, and how each part heals once you stop. Not scare tactics; the truth, in plain language. We start redefining your relationship with it from day one, so you have more than enough knowledge to justify who you’ve become and why you’re not going back.
The First Month — The Habit
You start writing every day. Morning intention, evening reflection, no topic yet — we build the habit before we build anything on it. And your challenge begins the day the habit ends: a season with real milestones and a reward at the end, chosen by me, personal to you and the people you love.
The Family Legacy Manual — Becoming Better Together
This is why we’re here. Not to quit something — to build the one thing your family will hold long after you’re gone. Everything you’ve learned about how to live, in your voice, in their hands. Here’s how it gets built, and how it builds you.
- Your list — write down everything you believe matters to a happy, quality life — and everything you want your kids to understand about maneuvering through this world. The lessons nobody taught you. The ones you had to learn the hard way. Fifteen to thirty things. This is the table of contents of who you are.
- One focus at a time — we take each one and you live it — for a week, for two. Discipline. Forgiveness. How to treat people. You get aware of it, you get intentional about it, and we go deep into why it matters and who it’s for. You’re not studying it. You’re becoming it, with your family watching.
- The work — every focus raises your state, sharpens how you handle your emotions, and makes you audit what’s dimming your light — so it goes. I’m in this every day too. We’ll be constantly comparing notes on how to be better — for the people who are counting on us.
- You pass it down — morning intention, evening reflection, and whenever something hits you — a paragraph, a voice note, a line — you send it. In your words. Rough is right. Your kids don’t want a polished author. They want you.
- I build it — everything you send gets organized into a structure built around a word that means something to you — your name, your family’s name. You never think about the book. You just live, and tell me what you learned. The book takes shape underneath you.
- The day they hold it — a year from now, your family opens a real book. Your beliefs. Your stories. Your failures and what they taught you. The way you want them to live. They’ll read it when they’re your age, with their own kids, and finally understand what you were doing. That’s what this is for. It’s not about the habit. It’s about them.
What You Get

- Your Personalized System — built and rebuilt around your real life, with Raising Your State and the Best Self Blueprint.
- Your Family Legacy Manual — authored with my guidance, finished into a keepsake.

- Understanding the Habit — plain-language research briefings on what the habit does to the body and mind, to realign our association with it for future decision making.
- The Resource Vault — seven standalone guides: values, sleep, pattern breaking, emotional regulation, stress relief, living a fulfilling life, elevated states.
- Lifetime access — everything, forever. And my line stays open.
The Standard
I’m not going to be easy on you. We’re going to be friends — but a real friend cares enough to be hard on you when it matters. I will never push you harder than I push myself, and never harder than I know you can take, because I’ll know you.
The only way you fail is if you give up — and here, we do not give up. If you slip, you tell me, and we use it to grow. Never miss twice.
The Investment
This is a real investment, priced for someone who’s serious and for a program where I build everything myself. We’ll go through the number and the options on the call. I take a small number of clients at a time — that’s the honest capacity of one person doing this properly.
One promise: if you do the work and you’re not there yet, I don’t stop. We keep going until it’s done. What I’ll never promise is a specific outcome — your results depend on your engagement, and anyone who tells you otherwise is selling you something.
Ready?
If you’re interested in the growth and development it takes to become the person you know you’re capable of becoming, book a call. We’ll talk, and we’ll decide together.
